Harbor Ridge Apartments

I like living here! From: razzleberry Date posted: 4/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I must say all the negative reviews really suprised me because I have lived her since Jan 2003 and have not had any of those problems. I live on the second floor and have no common walls with neighboring apartmetns except for the floor, which is nice. I have big windows that keep my apartment sunny and bright. The neighbors are nice. I think the property is run very well managed and have always had pleasant exchanges with the office staff. We recently got all brand new Maytag washers and dryers installed and have a card system so no longer a need to always be scrounging around for quarters, which is very good. I have recommended this place to many friends. Every time I have needed something fixed it is done quickly. I have not seen one bug in my apartment since I have lived here!!! The landscape is nice in a sort of retro way. It is true that parking is hard to get but that is why I rented a garage. How many apartment these days have garages'' That is a very useful thing to have. My apartment is large and has tons of closet space. And another thing I like about the layout is that the bathroom is down a hall from the bedroom and living room which provides privacy. I live alone and have always felt very safe. Never saw one crime or heard of any. Clairemont actually has one of the lower crime rates in the San Diego area. I recommend these apartments. I just renewed my lease and do not plan to move because I am very happy here. PS they only raised my rent by $10.00 when my lease ran out, which is not bad compared to the other places I have lived in San Diego!! Pick an upstairs unit that is not next to the busy street, rent a garage, and you will be very happy and comfortable here.
