Okay, right now I am really angry that I live here. Here are reasons I advise other people to LOOK ELSEWHERE.
1. Outrageously overpriced. 2. Thin walls let you hear neighbors very well. 3. You can hear your neighbors through the vents. 4. Neighbors are permitted to let their pets on their balcony, who then come over on to YOUR balcony and make lots of noise and do gross things on your balcony. Management does nothing about this, no matter how many times you ask. 5. You can always hear gates slamming. 6. Parking isn't that good. 7. Management controls your internet and cable connections - for instance, they just changed cable providers. Now, I have fewer channels at a higher price and I haven't even been able to access my television correctly yet - this new service sucks! 8. They rarely tell you if a package arrived in the office for you. 9. The elevators take FOREVER to get anywhere and people often hold them on one floor forever so the buzzer rings. Also they don't give you warning when the elevators are tied up for moving. 10. The parking garage gate is broken a lot - a few days ago, it was stuck in the halfway down position so no one could get in or out! 11. Again, everything is VERY expensive. 12. Management treats you like crap. They are very nice...until you sign the lease. Then they've got you and your $$$ for a year. 13. Neighbors are mean and disrespectful. 14. Trash chute is clogged a lot. 15. No place for recyclables. 16. Windows and door let in drafts - you don't notice them when you're just viewing the apartment, but once you move in, you sure notice! 17. Again - EXPENSIVE.

This person is crazy! OK, it's not cheap, but I don't think there are better deals out there for this quality. The management is fine and the service people are outstanding! You have assigned paring- in 4 years someone parked in our spot only 1 time. And our neighbors are not mean. The management hosts parties about 2-3 times a year and people seem very nice.
They now have recycling (I suggested this too). The windows and doors are great- it's a brand new place! (You want drafts? Go live back east where 100 year old buildings let in 20 degree air! C'mon this is San Diego!). As for the elevators, there are two on each floor. Oh, and I have one suggestion: STAIRS.
Yes, the cable company is a problem. We ended up disconnecting our cable and are now going TV free. The management knows it's a pain; some of the staff live here and don't like it either.
