Overall, Not Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I personally have never had an issue with neighbor cats peeing on my balcony. And,I think that considering that it is downtown, it is fairly quiet. Yes, you hear the gates slam and occassionally hear people walking back to their apartments after bar hopping. But try living in the gaslamp, where you are rudely awaken by testosterone filled dudes fighting in the streets and chicks screaming profanities all thru the night. Believe me, wherever you end, you will have complaints, but the heritage is overall, not too bad.
