Heritage From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I currently reside in the building closer to construction. The building on Ash is almost done so you do not hear much moise from them. The newer building on 9th is about 2 months into construction. It's not quiet, but having gone thru this in L.A., the noise should subside w/in 2 months. But, where isnt construction going on, really' Overall, the grounds are well kept, Maintenance is quick, the girls in the office are nice, parking is better now that the baseball season is done.
