It's expensive, but good for downtown area. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Yes there is noise, but you live downtown so you would expect that. The maintainence is great now, especially after they hired some new workers. I've lived here for two years and I like it a lot. I can walk to the post office, Ralph's and there are so many great places to eat. Just a a 5 minute walk away. The only complaint I would have is that when someone is talking out in the hallway, even if they are down the hall you can hear their entire conversation. But when you shut your window it's fine. Noise actually is not a problem at all here in the evening hours for downtown. And if you have problems all the managers live here so just call them and they will take care of it quickly.
