Love the apartments, hate new construction! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I absolutely love everything about my apartment, the office and Maintenance staff, the location, but could do w/o the construction on 9th ave. My friend that is in construction says the major noise portion should be done here pretty soon. Just wish I could fast forward. My neighbors pretty much keep to themselves. Definately not A party complex which is nice for us 9 - 5 ers. If you are looking to party, go to La Mirage in Mission Valley.
