Good Location!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved in about 15 months ago after having lived at camden Tuscany in Little Italy and 101 Market Street, which is in the middle of the Gaslamp. Out of all 3 subdivisions, I would say Cortez Hill is the best. There is more parking on the hill and alot less noise. Camden had horrific train noise and Gaslamp was non stop partying. There is only 1 other large community and a bunch of little rental communities on Cortez Hill. Heritage is by far the nicest. But since it is the newest property, it's the most expensive. Just FYI.
