The price & space grabbed our attention at first but it was NOT worth the trouble. The property manager ---------------------- who had seemingly been knowlegable & nice in the begining can not keep any staright so if you "tell" the office anything do it in writing! Additionally, the grounds where poorly, poorly maintained. The grass was cut maybe every 3 weeks at a time. When they do maintain the grounds they put all the eco/green trash in the big trash bins so the residents trash usually spills into the street. Gross!
