My husband and I moved into this apartment right after we married and have been there over a year. The staff in the leasing office have been very warm and accommodating...they are always prompt in sending a maintenance worker when there is a repair that needs to be made. It's true, the apartments are older, but we have not had any major problems: minor things like clogged pipes and such. They have also done a ton of upgrades since we moved in: brand new roof, windows, and sliding glass doors. There is no air conditioning, but we do live on the top floor and get a great crossbreeze! I have been so impressed with this complex and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
