I have lived there for only 6 months. I got a nightmare living there: People started parties from midnight frequently. Cars beeping regardless time. The hardwares are among the lowest grade you can find on market, and the maintenance will never fix stuff on time. The office will stick a notice on your door every week, disturbing you all the time. Parking is limited to 1 car only, and you need fight for the second spot. My car has been scratched all over the body. One of the headlights were missing during the stay. The rent includes nothing: you need pay everything. And they increase the rent like crazy. Good luck if you want to move in...
