I would never live here again and would have broken the lease if there were no monetary penalty. We had severe structural problems, mold issues and mice which either took 2 months to get fixed or were never fixed period. Large part of maintenance is unqualified and untrained, having to return repeatedly. The management is rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. They have blatant disregard for any tenant issues. I have spoken with neighbors and the concensus is the same. Several of the cars in the neighborhood were broken into,(mine in the middle of the day, in my driveway). I could go on and on....
