We have been here roughly one month and have had to have maintenance come out twice to fix the garbage disposal and once to fix the fixtures in the bathroom. The first time the disposal broke was 2 days after we moved in. The second time the garbage disposal broke it caused leaks in both sinks and sewage backups in not only the kitchen but also bathroom. The neighbors get high nearly every day and make no attempts to hide what they're doing. Although you're supposed to keep noise levels down at the pool there are constantly unsupervised children there (also a no no) who scream for no reason for great lengths of time. People come and honk for their friends at unreasonable times for several minutes, like 5am and midnight. We have a spider infestation that is not being taken care of. The linoleum in both kitchen and bathroom were treated with something immediately before move in that makes it impossible to mop the floors. No matter what they stay dirty. The neighborhood all brings their dogs to "walk" right in the surrounding area and do not clean up after them. I can't let my kids play outside since there is no safe grass to step on and the people are rather unsavory. Parking is inadequate and the spaces are tiny. Once you make it into the spot you can't get out of your car. There are loud parties on the weekends and people on a daily basis blasting music from their cars. Quite often people drive by with music so loud it sets off several car alarms. I wouldn't recommend living here if you value peace, safety, and things that work in your apartment.
