I just moved here within the last 3 months. Britany was my leasing agent and she was very helpful. The apartment was clean and in good repair. Shortly after, my stove would not work, and instead of just repairing, it (it was old), they replaced it with a new one! I was pleasantly surprised. I love this area, I go to school close by and there is a lot to do around here. The staff is very nice and the price was reasonable. I wish there was a/c, and you do have to pay water & sewer. But I like the way I was treated, like I am special! That was the difference for me.
