good advertising/marketing, but doesn't live up to it

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
bad management (gives eviction and late payment notices when you paid on time so make sure you have proof), bad maintenance & plumbing (toilet floods all the time, sinks don't drain, garbage disposal scraps from up stairs ended up in our bath tub & flickering lights), car break ins, small apt, a lot of wild insects in the community sometimes gets in the apt, neighbors uneducated, ghetto & noisy...suited for someone trying to save money temporarily
