Welcome to "Hell"side gardens

I've lived here for a year, here are some honest opinions about this place:
1. Do not expect to sleep through the night without being woken up by either:
(a) overdozed/drunk neighbors parting, shouting or fighting
(b) stupid dogs barking non-stop
(c)inconsiderate neighbors blasting their car stereo as they drove home at 3:00 AM, the music is usually loud enough to shake your window.
2. The management here are mostly women. They are the most fake ------- I've ever seen. When you come check out the apartment, thy can be the nicest people in the world. Wait until you move in, they don't really show the proper respect for current tenants, not to mention when you have problems with the apartment, good luck for trying to get them side with you.
3. When moving out, they'll charge you for cleaning the carpet when in fact, they always rip out the whole carpet to change for new one for next tenants. You won't get much deposit back.
4. The parking spaces in the parking lot can not be narrower, you'll have trouble getting out from the driver's side if there's a car next to you. There are times that I have to climb out from the passenger's side when there is no car on that side.
5. There are druglords, ----- house...you name it, they have it here. Oh..did I mention that if you like to watch Police drama on Spike TV, move here. You'll get to see it with your own eyes...I promise.
6. The only good thing here is that effective and friendly maintanance staff. They are really good people.
7. Floor is thin. If you live on third floor, your second-floor neighbors will complain when you simply walk around. If you live on second floor, good luck to you.
8. If you live close to the pool, have fun listening to all the rackets from the "zoo" pool every single @#$%^ day!
9. Do expect to have some sort of constrution done on a regular basis. When that happens, the workers usually starts working at 6:30 AM or 7:00AM the latest. The management thinks that the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM only applies to residents, so they can do whatever the hell they want regarless of the tenants who work late and expect to sleep in.
Anyway, do not move in here.
