I left this place in 2004 and moved further east on University. I found an amazing 2 bedroom AND 2 BATH with giant walk- in closets, central AC, dishwasher, well maintained apartment and grounds in a GATED COMMUNITY where my car doesn't get broken into anymore for only $25 more a month than this slum lord charges tenants. I read a review by another "tenant" and THIS place called Hillside Gardens is NOT reality and people don't have to live like this if they have a limited price range. I don't even know what they are talking about as the rent charged by Hillside is NO BARGAIN! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER APARTMENTS OUT THERE FOR THE SAME RENT!!!!!
