Once again a new owner and management is taking over! What the ----- why cant the office get their ---- together and take care of a property' Is it that big of a freakin deal' I came in October 2006 stayed 1 lease term- and the only reason I did not leave is because I went through a divorce and the ex-wife took it all! ------ offered to renew at $ 1275 for a new 12 month lease- I cant stay here another year. I guess I have to either skip out and ---- up my credit or come up with $ 2000 lease break fee.

The staff has gotten worse, I can see why, their leaving and dont give a flying ----! We have no A/C, which I already knew that and they suggested window units, but when I insatlled one, the breakers keep going off!. Come on now, this is really ghetto.

I am so glad to see that tight ass manager go and her illegal immigrant maintenance crew leaving!

GOOD LUCK HG REAL ESTATE PARTNERS LP in cleaning up their ----! Oh. PS ALL RESIDENTS I "Googled" searched for the new owners contact info and NO SUCH COMPANY!

Insane management post. Get a clue!!! You deserve the 8% approval rating. Even that's too high.
