This apartment sucks. People living there are inconsiderate bastards. People park in front of your garage and then you can't even get out to go to school or work. The garages have this weak chain link fence in between them that some thief could crawl underneath. The water from the kitchen sink flows into the rear area of the apartment making this pool of dishwater that never dries. We had some gangbanger neighbors that always stay up till 3AM and had fights in their apartment. No parking spots.

I couldn't agree more, in fact it sounds like you got my old apartment. Hopefully you've moved out by now.
