with everything going on at these crappy apartments from people's stuff getting ruined due to pests to brenda committing fraud, i have decided to take it one step further than this website and management. i called and emailed the owners! they claim there was no low income fraud, but of course they're going to say that to cover their asses. this place should probably just be condemned!

want to let the owners know how bad of a place they do own' call 650-571-2200. just me calling isn't going to do much, but if past/present renters call we may see progress for future renters.

I couldn't agree more. I don't know how many times we had to call maintenance to come turn our electricity back on. They finally left the breakers unlocked for us too. Fortunately I don't have the roach problem; guess they don't like our building. Maintenance sucks at this place. I've lived here almost a year, and they still never fixed the broken shower head or the kitchen faucet, which has a constant leak into the cabinets, which are now terribly rotted and smell icky. I hate this place and can't wait til my lease is up in October so I can get the heck out of here.

Sounds like the same problems with the place we had. I got the parking ticket outside of my own garage? Then when other people blocked my car in my garage there was no one in site to give them a ticket. Management just referred us to a security contractor they no longer had a contract with. The place is filthy. Our neighbors smoked 2-3 packs a day outside of their apartment and there was ashes all over the place. Instead of taking out their trash they would leave it outside of the apartment. The model looks all nice, but the real thing sucks. No AC also, upstairs apartment is 100 degrees until 10:00 p.m. They routinely rent to thugs and convicts. We had a group of ex cons living next door fighting in their room at all hours of the night. Some immigrants lived there and it was rumored that they were eating the rodents that infest the apartments and the garage. Area. ATTENTION! THESE REVIEWS ARE THE TRUTH! WHY WOULD ALL OF US SPEND THE TIME WRITING THEM IF THEY WERE NOT TRUE. Maintenance is always driving by looking into your garage to see what kind of stuff is in there so they can mistakenly lose the universal garage key to their illegal amigos. Also, there are some serious scavengers around. We had some items we were donating to the salvation army and before the charity could get the stuff it was ransacked by some scummy people. There are also a bunch of drifters who constantly walk through the rear of the apartment searching the trash, the empty garages. Oh and by the way if one garage is left unlocked they all of the garages on one unit are breached because there is a thin, flimsy and bent chain link fence in between the garages.

ha, here's an update from us: so the DAY AFTER my husband and i wrote this he goes down to see how many tickets he had accumulated over the night, and his freaking truck was gone!! he had parked infront of our own garage due to lack of parking and got towed. apparently the management has to give consent to tow, how ironic, right? well yesterday they were spotted fixing the stairway handle. funny, huh? guess you have to write an awful review to get something fixed. and i see why people don't leave their names, your ---- will get towed. look management, it's not our fault your place sucks.
