Check this out-- I have an aunt that lives here and recieves the Low Income Housing Program and I have been waiting since March 2008 for an apartment for me and my 18 month old daughter.

I heard the manager ------ had falsified low income documents and her own daughter is living here and NOT paying for water and a garage like EVERYONE ELSE! I also heard our carpet vendor also lives here in a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the program and they are not paying water and garages. You should see their f- SUVS and TRUCKS! Oh they really NEED help!

Why is that, is that not considered DISCRIMINATION and ILLEGAL''''' So, if she can lie on her daughters paperwork that her younger daughter is living with her just to qualify her why cant ------ HELP EVERYONE ELSE! I already contacted the HOUSING COMMISSION 'cause I heard there is going to be a law suit I feel discriminated because of my hispanic race. I enouarge EVERYONE TO COMPLAIN and get this ----- in trouble- she deserves what is coming to her!

I cant wait to see the new owners and manager too. MAYBE they can see what a horrible job and person they are and make it better.

is it funny that the manager B R E N D A J O N E S has requested her and her staff have their names --- scratched out to hide the fact she has 100% messed up not only with the property but the two faced person she really is.... so B R E N D A J O N E S your name is now across the board.... dont be shy everyone knows who YOU really are.. fat ugly unresponsible two faced liar cheater con artist shark double dealer fraud impostor forgery snake oil .................try scratching out all the words

WOW thanks for the info. I passed the apts last friday and was going to call to check them out. I don't want anymore drama in my life right now. I don't think this is the place i want to live.. Thanks again

I just filed a complaint against them...just google California consumer affairs and you can fill out an online complaint form.

I'm very disappointed to hear such mean things about ------! We moved in July 2008, and have had no trouble at all with ANY dealings! My best advice...if you're not happy, MOVE !! May God heal your bitter hearts, Lisa.
