Excellent Location, Serviced by the UCSD Bus System

I moved in because of the price (among the lowest in the area) and location. The UCSD bus to campus picks up right outside. The office staff is very responsive and I get things fixed quickly. Although the units are older, they are well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. No problem for me parking, I have two spots assigned.
