Pretty damn good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   You really don't realize how nice the place is until you move to L.A. and have to find a place to rent. The bad: My apt didn't have good air circulation and no air-con so it got very hot. I also wasn't a fan of the laundry room since some of the machines were broken and I couldn't get my laundry done in a timely fashion. There were a bunch of people complaining about auto break ins down in the garage but I never had a problem. Don't get an apt with a handicapped bathroom. It's almost ridiculous but the bathroom is probably 100 sq feet then and it takes away from your walk in closet in the bedroom. The good: I feel like it was a bargain for the money. The location is great. The people are mostly intelligent so it's a pleaseure talking and meeting them. The hot tub was a lot of fun and I probably spent 5 nights a week in it after work. Maintanance was good. Never had a problem.
