Why is Everything Broken'''

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Looks great from the outside, but everything is always broken. The washers and dryers don't work, there is never any parking, and the space they assign you is too small for a compact car. I complained about this and was told there was a waiting list for spaces that were actually big enough for a car. The elevator was constantly broken and my neighbor actually got stuck inside. I would get calls at work in the middle of the day with noise complaints about my apt when no one was home. I told management I felt so harassed that I felt I needed to whisper when I was home and their response was that I should be whispering while in the house. They told me then that they could evict me for noise. I told them there was no way I could be more quiet than when I was actually not there and asked to be let out of my lease. They said I had to buy my way out which would have been $3600. I couldnt afford that so had to bide my time whispering, praying I wouldnt be evicted, unable to do laundry or park the car and paying 1840 dollars monthly, on time, without fail. Manager Deanna was rude to me and unhelpful. When it was finally understood that the "noise" (I never heard it) was a neighbors electric guitar Deanna said she would put all the complaints in his file (even though he had never been informed of them). When we finally left our file was huge so I can only assume she was not being truthful about this. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I just moved out and I had similar experiences with parking, broken things, and rude managers. This place looks good from the outside but it a ripoff

I couldn't sleep because my neighbours were too loud for 5 months but finally the management took care of it. I think the place has its pros and cons. The Pros are: great landscaping, pool and gym. The Cons are: walls are too thin, parking spot too small, apt is v. hot in the summer and the apt is too old from the inside. The management on the most part were fine, i thought Deanna was nice and helpful, wasn't crazy about the rest of the staff; didn't find them very helpful. Maintenance usually came v. quickly whenever i had a problem. It's one of the cheapest places around, but i wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers because you can literally hear everything your neighbours do. My boyfriend didn't have a problem with the noise but i couldn't get a good night sleep for months so it just depends on what your priorities are i guess.
