La Jolla Nobel Apartments

Nightmare apartment unless you don't mind: From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   ...never-ending street traffic (on the corner of Genessee and Nobel), listening to fire-engines, ambulances, loud music, car wrecks, etc. at all hours; being treated like a second-class citizen by the management; slow response or no response to requests for maintainence....then La Jolla Nobel Apartments may be perfect for you. And the clubhouse/fitness center they advertise about has yet to be open to residents, at least during the year I've lived here. You're better off paying slightly more rent for a nicer complex!
