Do Not Rent Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have been here for 1 year and my problem is with the maintenance. The carpet should have been replaced before I moved in, but they just cleaned it and the stains came back after 2 days. Very disgusting carpet. Also, my refrigerator does not work properly and when I reported it, the maintenance guy came in and said that my freezer was packed too full and that was causing the problem. My freezer was about 2/3rds full. It still does not work properly to this day!!!!!!! If people don't like the noise, they shouldn't have moved here in the first place, when management was showing me the place, she discussed that it is loud. Parking spaces are very small, but where aren't they in San Diego. Not really worth the $, but not bad enough to move.
