Don't expect your deposit back!

I totally agree with some of the other reviewers about getting screwed on the deposit. I also got charged for $115 for them to paint the walls for the next residents, and $65 for apt cleaning. The place is cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in! The Wilmark Property is not planning on giving you your deposit back, so beware!
As far as noise, yes, there's a lot of traffic noise at all hours, on the other hand, the neighbors are quiet. It's fine to live as long as you don't have maintenance problems since it takes them at least a week to get anything fixed. The so-called clubhouse only open during office hours, so it's pretty much useless. The pool doesn't seem to be maintained very well, so I wouldn't want to go in it either. I don't find parking a problem at all.
