This place has a great set up - really nice courtyard, pool, bbq area, etc. However, it has residents of all ages (think young professionals, families renting with their kids, and older). So this is not the best place if you usually stay up late on the weekends and party. We have been yelled at multiple times when being too loud on a Friday or Saturday night (we weren't even that loud but the complex is pretty much silent after 10PM any night of the week). Keep that in mind when living here! Otherwise awesome place.
