Outstanding place From: juicenewton Date posted: 4/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Very quiet, every tenant seemed to take care of themselves, better class of people, no drunk college kids or seedy people. Very clean, extremely safe as far as violent crime. People could walk their dogs late at night and not have any concerns. Only one problem. No on site security. A few times people had things stolen out of their car or their cars stolen which probably would have been prevented with just one guard on site. The rent is very high and went up twice while i lived there, but the complex or its facilities did not change so one would assume its a market value assessment designed to increase profit only, therefore a small percentage of that could be used to have a guard on site from 10 am-6am at 10 dollars an hour. It would come out to about 40 k a year as an expense which is peanuts if adjusted into the next time the rent goes up. A small 5 dollar monthly increase will take care of it.
