I agree La Jolla Palms is the Star of San Diego. The rental properties are horrible in San Diego and I have lived in a few and checked out pratically everyone and they are just plain horrible. If it weren't for La Jolla Palms I would not live in San diego I would have checked out a different area in CA or would've just plainly moved back to the east coast were from my experience excellance is a must or you're property is called a project that no one would buy. The rental properties and these horrible condo conversion are what you call a project on the east coast I just can't believe how disgusting they are. This is California for goodness sake I thought CA was all about living excellence until I seen how they cram all these properties together like roach motels/projects its absolutely absurd. The condo conversions are a horrible investment and is just a bunch of lousy no good bunch of people taking advantage of the poor living/renting/property owning/pricing situation in San Diego. Take it from me I know quality when I see it and the rental properties and condo conversion are no better than a project/roach motel. All the land in CA and the property owners/investors cram everything together and sacrifice quality and quality of life and respect for money it's New York with palm trees. I suggest knocking down all these old properties and start new by giving people more space and better quality this is how you gain respect and grow a strong beautiful community. The only community that is strong and respectfull in San Diego is the community at La Jolla Palms they exude respect and are the excellence CA living is suppose to be about. My advise do not buy in Sandiego unless you can afford to buy a single home and do not rent unless you can afford to rent at La Jolla Palms. Wake up people demand quality. excellence and respect don't settle for anything less. Thank you La Jolla Palms, Irvine Company, investors and management you are excellence and have my respect and please buy all these other rental and condo conversion properties and knock them down they are giving CA a bad name and please make more La Jolla Palms.
