La Jolla Palms

Hi Crime! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 1 response   Very Disappointed! I've heard and even seen a car with all it's windows busted in the gated supposedly secure locked garage and even heard of an armed robbery shortly before in this easily accessible to criminals gated garage and still they have not changed anything to make it safer. Paying too much on rent for a place with such poor security. I see shady characters walking in and out of la Jolla palms more then ever! This place used to be awesome but now it is going to the dogs. More and more shady people and I am feeling more and more uncomfortable! I am leaving this property for this reason and the main fact that it is gated but the front isn't so any scum can walk in off the streets into the court yard and then into the elevators to your apartment or the garage! LA JOLLA PALMS PUT LOCKED GATES UP AT EVERY OPENING! HAVE THE SECURITY GAURDS GAURD THE GARAGE ALL THE TIME! THEY NEED TO SECURE THE GARAGE IT IS HIGHLY UNSAFE! BIG THUMBS DOWN!
