Anyone can post here and it is obvious that LaJolla Palms is taking desperate measures to keep there ratings up. I say don't believe everything you read. The truth from my experience living at La Jolla Palms is that they are not doing anything about the safety issues and it shows in the lines of keeping it safe here. They do not alert the tenants to any safety issues so they can take the steps to be safe and alert. The place is unsafe and poorly guarded and easily entered by any scum off the street because the front is not locked it is completely open where anyone is free to enter the courtyard then the elevators,garage and apartment front doors etc.. The noise level is also very high and there seems to be more hoodlums living here then ever before that yell and act obnoxious through the court yard so everyone can hear them. You simply just can't tell who lives here and who is tresspassing anymore its unsettling. I feel it has become less of a disirable place the more of one to live in.

I'm the author of the 1/16/08 review, which I feel is a balanced one for a tenant who has lived at La Jolla Palms since last July. Clearly the reviews posted on 1/8 and 1/18 are for some reason deliberately distorted and vituperative, which is to the detriment of all current residents as well as prospective ones. Anyone visiting here would find the people truly sociable and the environment upscale and quite livable.

I find it funny that you the author of 1/16 that has been hear for only 7 months can know a place soo well. I have been a resident at Lajolla Palms for over 3 years and find the 1/8 and 1/18 reviews are spot on! This palce has been progressively getting worse since I move hear. I find the response by the author of 1/16 is one of a manager, employee, or security guard trying to make themselves look good when the should be doing there jobs and bringing this place back to how it was when I first moved here PLEASE make La Jolla Palms safer, cleaner and quieter! Take it from if you don't you will loose me as a tenant next like the many i know of that have left, will be and are leaving because of La jolla Palms steady downfall in quality just check the ratings hear and you will see what i am talking about.
