La Mirage

 

I have lived in La -------- for about 1 year.

First of all if I was paying for this I would have only lived here for a month.

The company I work for pays the tab.

You would think with an apartment that cost well over 1000 dollars a month you would have a nice clean apartment.

No, not here; the apartment is tiny, old, and dirty.

The carpet had black stains all over it, and the insect infestation was not plesent ethier.

Parking is just plain stupid, and god forbid you park in the wrong spot; you will get towed in less than 5min.

The complex alows tow trucks to just patrol around just waiting for someone to park, say, right outside their apartment with the flashers on, and then tow them! You can have the car back after 265 dollars later!

This is the best part and if you don't believe it or have any questions about this just call San Diego Police Department and ask about La Mirage's crime rate.

They will tell you it is one of the highest in all of San Diego! I had my 16000 dollar Ducati stolen in plain site out of my parking space.

I had another friend had her car stolen and destroyed.

Another girl I work with lives here and had her convertible top cut open, and her mailbox got broken into including all of the other boxes in here area.

What the ----!!!! Now your mail is not even safe! I talked with a guy at the local bike shop, when I mentioned La Mirage he laughed and said " a bike a day gets stolen from there!" I talked with the management here and they seemed to think this place is low in crime.

I don't know what ------- truck they fell off of, but when you make a police report and they tell you this place has a higher crime rate than most of the city that should tell you something.

Please safe yourself the pain and suffering and hard earned money and don't move here.

You will be sorry I swear to god!
