Building and everything is only a dacade old. But the service sucks. Your cars are not safe at all. If you live here make sure you park on the street and not underground parking. Underground parking has no gates. My car was broken into 4 times in 3 months, and when i complained one of the worker said "Well don't leave anything important in there"
When i moved in, half of the appliances werent working. They fixed them quickly but the first day i had to deal with complaining and maintanance.
PLease save your money and go somewhere else.

They break into cars and find them. I drive a car with a closed trunk, they broke in, opened the LOCKED glovebox, popped the trunk and had full access. I wouldn't call a sedan's trunk plain sight.

Exactly, most of the cars stolen from this complex are from professionals. Professional car thieves HARDLY get caught, if ever. They can be just an oridinary plain citizen like us, and wear nice clothes, and steal a car within 1-2 minutes. The reason La Mirage has a high crime rate, is probably because of the nice vehicles, and the complex is right next to a freeway. Get insurance.

There is a simple solution to stop this, make gated garages. It will not stop it but it would significantly reduce it.
