Lived here for six months. Awesome pools and one of the other commenters was right about the eye candy aspect. However, parking is a total joke. When I moved in there were a lot of car break ins but security seemed to get a little better. Management is pretty good about fixing things but the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Oh and management is not very organized. Was supposed to get a one bedroom but it wasn't ready and I already had the movers on their way. As a result, got a 2bd for less than market value after lots of bitching, but definitely was not a good first impression. Not good for single families with kids as the apartments are pretty small. Personally I think its way overpriced.
