The complex is primarily inhabited by Travel nurses, military and college students. The office staff have no desire to be nice or helpul. They have not been rude, but certainly not accomodating either. For instance, I had a package that I kept missing the delivery for and when I asked if it could be delivered to the office I was told they don't do that because with 1400 apartments and no place to lock things up that just doesn't work. So much for customer service. The pools and fitness facilities are very nice if that's important to you. I have rarely been disturbed by noise, but none the less when it has happened it's annoying. The buildings are well lit and I feel safe walking to and from my car at night. Because I heard of break in's prior to coming here, I don't keep anything in my car. I have not experienced any problems. Additionally, before coming here, I read that there were bugs or rats. I have not ever seen either, nor the hint of either. My company pays the rent and utilities, but I know the monthly rent is $1450 for a one bedroom/bathroom unit. I don't think it's worth that much, but for people who really enjoy roudy weekends at the pool and fitness club stuff, it may be a good thing. The parking is a challange, and to have a reserved spot the complex charges an additional monthly fee. For visitors, the street parking gets old fast and can be hard to come by particularly on weekends. My overall review is positive becuase the complex and apartment was clean, safe, mostly quiet and hassle free.......all be it over priced.
