Paying for the ammenities

The grounds and amenmenities are the main reasons why I like living here. Nice walking trail/pools/spas/gym/lap pools/sports courts.

The major compalaints I have is the horrible guest parking, car thefts and maintenance problems. The maintenance staff is horrible and you have to pressure them quite frequently until they fix your problems!! For such a high price per month, we should be able to have our maintenance problems fixed with no problem, and also have decent security guards who patrol the car garages.
