I've been living here for only 5 months and from the beginning everything was bad.
The apt.
was dirty with almost everything broken, carpet super dirty, many things not working.
It took 4 months to get things fixed and there is still one more to be fixed.
People are sooooo rude here, you can hear everything that goes on upstairs.
Floors are way too thin....every night i wake up around 2 or 3am due to the noise.
WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!! I'm braking my lease and getting the F...k out of here.

My wife and I lived there for 18 months prior to moving to Hawaii. This person hit it right on the head, horrible acoustics especially if you don't live on a top floor. Management couldn't care less, just collect the $$$ and don't complain. Security?? it doesn't exist. While we were there, (4) cars were broken into, INSIDE the garage! People knocking on your door at all times of the night, drunks, college students, who knows? just a horrible living situation. If you are seeking privacy and security, stay away from this place.

I totally agree. My neighbors upstairs are noisy but I think the thin floors are just making it worse. No one has returned my calls on maintainence. The landscapers and delivery trucks and random people keep parking in my spot or blocking me in and no one will return my calls. Yeah it's a beautiful place but that means nothing when you're overpaying for a place that doesn't want to keep happy residents. I will never live in this place again and I will never suggest this as a residence to anyone!!
