me and my roommates moved here in the summer of 2007 and ever since then it has been hell.
there was no walk through done for our apartment so everything was FILTHY!! the blinds are missing slats, the vinyl floors in the bathrooms have UGE yellow stains, the vinyl floors in the kitchen have black burn holes, and there are no overhead lights in the rooms.
they had carpet cleaners clean the carpet 3 times and the stains didnt come out, but would never replace the carpet.
the dishwasher leaks everywhere.
you have to run the dryer about 4 times to get a small load to dry.
the windows leak when it rains which makes mold grow on the window sills in all the rooms and when we called maintenance they walked into our apt and said they'd be right back....and still have not come back.
my car has been broken into twice.
my roommates car's window was bashed out.
parking is HELL!!!! they make look nice on the outside but they SUCK! 2300 for a 3 bedroom and every single thing is falling apart and they do not care about their residents.
DO NOT LIVE IN THIS HELL HOLE!!!

The only place you'll find that's in perfect condition is a NEW place buddy. Get with it.

I am with you, they don't care they pull you in with the The pool and the Gym, tennis courts and jogging path! You see the place you are moving into one time; you don???t get a walk through! Then when you move in you realize it???s filthy dirty and you don???t want to touch anything! When you complain you are told this is not a house this is an apartment. We had just moved to San Diego from AZ and had to find a place fast or I would have taken the time to read reviews. Unlike my neighbors with the rats who said they read bad reviews but thought that it was just a few, believe me if more than two people are talking it it???s a problem. Broken blinds and blinds from the 70's.. For the money people should go elsewhere!!

i agree with you 100 % the same thing happened to my wife and i when we moved in no walk around done stains all over the carpet. slats missing from blinds i agree do not stay in this hell hole
