They are never on the same page. You can call in multiple times and speak with 5 different people and get 5 different responses. They never call back after I have left multiple messages regarding the status of my lease. It was just an overall horrible experience trying to break/leave my lease. They can't ever get their stories straight.
I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.
Also,
The parking meter guys patrol the area and are very quick to give out tickets to anyone that have even the littlest thing wrong (my tags were expired for about 2 weeks past their due date). 50.00 fine. Daily people recieve tickts for not turning their wheels... Yes I know you should follow the rules..but it was over kill the amount of patrolling they do.

Goodness, I checked to see how many apartments there were there, and after finding out there were over 1400 apartments, I figured no wonder. I called them to ask them about these negative responses, and they told me that street is owned by the CITY. The cops could do whatever the hell they want. Their standard rules you'd still get outside that place. Don't act like you didn't know that. When I first when there, I called to get information, and the person who answered if I needed to be connected to the Business department, the Accounting department, leasing, and maintenance. So that told me, DAMN... they got someone for everything. I asked about parking as well because I have 3 cars. Whe I finally talked to a consultant, they said parking is already pre-assigned, and to be honest, they're up on the hill, where else can they make parking?? Up in the sky? I want to rent there when their prices go down :)

The people who live next to me have RATS!!! When we moved in the place was dirty with pubic hair on the floor in the bathroom; they use the cheapest paint; all the plants are dead around our place. When you put in a work order they ignore it. I could see if we were living in a cheap place! Slum lord is what I call them. I think if you pay $1850.00 a month you should have a clean place when you move in and your shrubs around your townhouse alive. I hate it here. The only good thing is the pools. When I complained about how dirty the place was after I moved and request broken things to be fixed; I was actually told by the head of maintenance that I am not living in a house this is an apartment community! OKAY if I was paying $800.00 a month rent for a two bedroom 2 bath. We can't even park close to our place! Now they allow dogs so the jogging path is now a dog run and dog droppings are everywhere. Like anything you over look things when you are in a hurry to get in somewhere. I just want to say if you have roommates and only pay 800 a month to live here or if you are in your 20's and your parents pay then you might like the place.
