We pay more to live here.

But if you are a clean person you will agree these are dirty apartments.

I had an apartment in Phoenix Arizona I paid $1000.00 less per month and it was spotless when I moved in.

They had a pool with a beach on it and bars and tv.

The gym was perfect with everything this gym has and no waiting.

I also
had a quick responses to any problem in my apartment, not having to wait two months
after calling daily to get someone to fix a washing machine.

The parking here is a joke and when you are signing a lease not mentioned.

The security is a joke, I called
once and the man said I would have to wait while he was talking to a friend.

What they tell you when you are looking to live here and what you get is a lie.

I don't even bother to call to have things fixed because it takes up too much of my time.

So when I move out it's not my fault the toilet leaked.

They tell you when you move in they will fix any problem, then when you get them to come fix the problem they tell you the paint on the floors can not be fixed and heck you are not buying a house this is an apartment! You want to leave before your 30 day option is up, and they tell you your deposit won't get back to you for six weeks.

Do not move here unless you want to party and don't care if the place is dirty and nothing is fixed.

Even if you want to party you have to deal with the police being around and giving you a ticket for any minor thing you do.

I think if the rent was cheaper I could put up with the additude from the staff here, but when I can go pay $500.00 less for a cleaner apartment with less traffic and the staff cares about my complaints that is where I want to be not here.

The coke machines don't even keep cold soda.

You are renting, this isn't a resort. Move out if you aren't happy. I've lived here for a long time and have always had my concerns taken care of. Maybe you are just one of those people that always complain and can never be made happy. You mean to tell me that driving up the hill, you can't tell that it's hard to park if you don't have a space? This place is huge, so it's going to have a lot of cars. Duh. Every apartment gets a spot to park in. So maybe you have too many people living there and that's why you don't have a place to park?

I lived at la mirage for a year and I firmly agree with the review. The outside of la mirage looks great, but the apartments themselves are completely disgusting on the inside. They also don't let you see the inside of the aparment until you move in, that's their special little trick
