Great Apartment if you live in one of the "Townhome" around the Periphery

We lived there initially in one of the general apartment areas (that was before the center block of apartments sprouted up). For the price we paid, there were constant parties, and though Management was responsive to complaints, it appeared nothing much could be done other than Security coming for a quick warning and quiescence for 10 minutes prior to partying restarted.
We left San Diego for a while, and when we came back we found a 2 story "townhome" near the walking trail ie away from the general area. Aside from occasional low-volume get-togethers that people have in their patio area, we felt that we had our own townhouse with our own patio that opened right to the walking trail, with unobstructed views.
We moved again for my job and remember this place fondly.
