I lived here for almost 2 years while in college and shared one of the 2 bedroom townhouses with my roommate. Let me start by saying all the bad things that others have posted on this site are true. Not only did my roommates car get broken into, but our apartment was broken into twice..one of the times i was actually home while it happened!!!! scariest experience of my life!!! the unit you will see before signing the lease will look NOTHING like what you will actually get. And this place is shady beyond shady. For example, while we lived there, the managers decided to paint the complex. The painters they hired ended up being responsible for one of the two break-ins we dealt with while living there!!! the inside of the apts are old and falling apart. When my dad came to see the place after we moved in, a hanging glass light fixture fell from the ceiling and shattered about an inch from where he was standing. Honestly i could go on for hours about the cons of living here. Management is horrible, as is everything else, and the property is noisy to point of being unlivable. Worst part - we moved out in march 08 and about 2 months later a collection agency came knocking demanding that we pay april and mays rent!!! Turns out some illegal immigrants had rented the apt after us and the management had 'forgotten' to take the place out of my name, so when the people defaulted on their rent and dissapeared, they came after us for unpaid rent. I had to have my lawyer handle it. It was a nightmare!! Oh ya - and there really are swarms of bees!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
