Positive Experience is the rooms are a good size and the community is young if you dont mind spending a lot of money renting a townhome. Nice Pools, workout facility and a party environment.

Negative Experiences:
When I first moved in, they're were a million of ants and spiders. We had pest control treat the apartment twice before the ants finally left. Parking spaces are very small. Guests have to find parking outside of parking lots which are usually a far walk. When parking outside, your cars will get scratched, because of tight spots. Also, there was a rapist out on the loose and a few burglaries are around the area in my time. When leaving La Mirage, the stiff you with the deposit. They'll charge professional cleaning and painting even though that is a standard thing the due for every apartment. Instead of you receiving a deposit, La Mirage stiff's you with a bill. And believe me, my roomate and I spent a week cleaning the apartment before we left so we can maximize our deposit refund, we made sure everything was back the way it was when we first got it. No stains, scratches, or dents. For all La Mirage managers, please re-evaluate apt. 6419 Reflection Dr. Apt. 107. I'm very disappointed of the dirty business tactic of which you have maximized your profits by taking our deposits.

It's actually illegal for them to keep your deposit for cleaning and painting if you've lived there for a significant amount of time. The spiders should have been removed as it is an issue of habitability.
