This place is a @#$ing sh*thole. I moved in last October. When I moved in it was bad enough. Nightly parties, mother----ing people honking their horn at all hours of the night, no security and a general frat house feel.

Since then they've decided to allow dogs in the apartments. Now I love dogs and I have no problem with a bark here and there. But the majority of people who rent here should NOT be pet owners. Nobody cleans up the goddamn dog ---- that is everywhere. There are brown smears EVERYWHERE on the sidewalk, on the stairs. Everyone wants a pet but nobody is mature enough to clean it up. On top of that, people litter all over. I saw a to go box with a sandwich in the stairwell! Take some pride in where you ------- live people!

Again, do NOT live here. I suppose if you're 22-25, you don't mind dog ----, you don't mind trash, you don't mind getting your car broken into and you don't mind rape, well then, you may like this place. Yes, there are some hot chicks in the pool area. So if you're a stupid kid who has no sense of responsibility, or who wasn't raised right and is willing to live in filth, then yeah, you might like it here because it's a 24 hour non-stop party.

But if you care about your vehicle, if you DO NOT want to see dog ---- all over the place, if you DO NOT want to hear car horns and people yelling at 3am, then your best bet is to move down the road to the next complex.

Oh yeah, parking sucks up here and cops will ticket you for just about anything because these are city streets. Also, there was a rape here, look that up too.

I agree with you 100%, I lived there for only 3 months and had to get out, we had our motorcycle stolen and everything taken out of both of our cars furing that span of time. It really sucks, We had to pay off the leasing office for the following 2 months to buy out. But my safety is worth way more than that. I hope you move out soon and I wish you luck!

I lived there 3 years ago and had my car broken into IN THE PARKING GARAGE!!! The cops didn't even come out, they just gave me a case number over the phone. SDPD told me it was one of the worst crime apartment complexes to live in. Lots of breakins, robberies, stolen vehicles.
