The day I was moving in I moved directly back out. This place is a dump! The carpets had been steam cleaned and brown stains were rising back to the surface of the carpet. There were dead bugs and dirt around the entire living room and dining room where they had vacumed to the wall and stopped. The cabinets in the kitchen were tilted and looked like they had been up for 20 or more years. The smell of mold and mildew filled the air when I walked in. The oven was dirty and there was dirt that had been swept under it. This was by far the most discusting rat hole I had ever seen. The assistant manager offered to change the carpet that day because he saw all of the stains but I would have to tell the moving company to sit and wait until the carpet company came in and put in the new carpet. The asst. mgr. could not give me a time estimate. This apartment should have NEVER been available for posession in the poor shape it was in. STAY FAR AWAY! THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! THE COST IS NOT WORTH IT! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES FOR THE SAME OR LESS MONEY! The garage is a joke! It is so small you can barely open your doors even if it is a compact car and a skinny person. The entire property is run down and dirty.
