i don't know what these other people are talking about, i live at la terazza and i love it. it's beautiful, right over a canyon, in a nice/ expensive neighborhood, and quiet. beautiful grounds, large apartments, full size washer and dryer, some paid utilites, and a private garage and fireplace. well worth the money. plus, they have armed security on grounds at night. ( not that they need it, but it's nice to have anyway )
