I've lived here for approx a year...there are alot of kids...of course,noise...but mgmt is quick to respond to maintenace needs and complaints...the parking is tight...but the apts are beautiful(at least mine is) with a great view and breeze. The only concerning thing to me has always been the distance to work in dwntn S.D. but after alot of weighing the pros and cons this place outweighed the options. Who wants to move all the time,especially with kids'
