La Terazza Apartments

Not Safe and Noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived here for a year and a half. Any amount of noise outside echoed between the buildings and into the apartments. Not fun when the guy in the garage across the way is always doing his motorcycle maintenance at 10pm and kids race their cars through the complex reving their engines. The last month I lived there a lady was mugged walking to her garage. She always left around 5am and her garage was right under my bedroom. Her opening the garage door usually woke me up but that particularly morning I woke up to hearing her being hit and screaming. Rancho Bernardo in general is a safe place to live but I like to refer to La Terazza as the ghetto of RB. Please don't live here, there are plenty of other decent apartments in the area. My only other experience in the area was at Bernardo Hills, which is a place I would recommend.
