It was Okay...

I lived here for a year. I liked it because it was a big apartment (2/2) for the money we were paying. In the RB area, it was hard to find a large place for a small price. I did also like the fact that we had a garage, and a full size washer and dryer. The pool was nice, also.

Now for my dislikes: I didn't like the fact that our apartment building was located inbetween two other buildings, which made it impossible for me to open my windows and sliding door without having passersby looking into my place. I also didn't like the fact that our garage wasn't directly underneath us. We had to walk across to the other building next to us to get to our garage. Also, I didn't like the fact that the main clubhouse was located on top of the leasing office, so you couldn't start a party on the weekends until the office closed, which was around 5 pm. That sucks if you have a kid and want to have the party start earlier. I also didn't like that there were loud teens/college kids partying across from my toddler's room. They were always loud and security never seemed to do anything about it.

I guess overall, it was an okay experience, but it kinda sucked in some ways. You get what you pay for!
