My husband and I moved from La Mirage(another rip off) to La Terazza. It is awful. Tandem parking is a nightmare. Even though there is "guest" parking- other residents use the "guest" parking as second and third parking slots. The plumbing in our apartment is awful. Tried to get our dryer REPLACED after it nearly burned a load of our clothes. NO LUCK. The mamagement office is filled with a bunch of snotty old ladies that are not very helpful and rude. The people below us were too weired to describe. There is only one nice lady in the whole entire office and her name is Janice. We live above smokers which we were not told about - even though we CLEARLY asked NOT to be placed above smokers. The walls are thin, BE AWARE- YOUR NEIGHBORS HEAR "EVERYTHING". It is very noisey to live here, we are moving soon, can't wait to leave!

Although I hear everything my roommates are doing because of thin walls within the apartment, I've never heard neighbors through the wall. In fact, best I can tell, the only common wall between units is in the kitchens, buffered by cabinets.
